University Apartments

 

The apartment housing we offer are located in Harvard Court and Park West. All of which include the following:

 

• Close proximity to campus (10 min walk up to 5 min bus ride)

• Bus passes for the ASUCI Student Shuttle and Orange County Transit Authority are available for purchase

• Two bedroom, two bathroom

• Full kitchen, living room and patio

• Shared with 3 other international students of same gender

• Fully-furnished; includes bed linens, towels and kitchen cookware

• Wireless internet, local phone, cable TV and DVD player are provided

• Moderate utility usage included in price

• Prepare your own meals or purchase meals at campus cafeteria; see UCI Hospitality & Dining for more information

• Access to pool and jacuzzi (some apartments also include basketball, tennis and volleyball courts)

 

On Campus Dormitories

 

We also offer housing in the dormitories over the Summer. Dormitories are available in the Arroyo Vista community. They include the following:

 

 

• Located on UCI campus (approximately 10-15 minute walk to University Extension)

• Share group style housing in co-ed building with same gender bedroom

• Fully furnished dorm room shared between two international students

• Bed linens and towels provided

• Access to internet in dorm room (no WIFI or internet cable provided)

• Bathrooms shared between 6-8 people and are single gendered

• Community kitchen includes fully stocked cookware and silverware

• Moderate utility usage included in the price

• Community recreational room includes: cable TV/DVD player, pool table, foosball table, and the option to check out sporting equipment

• Access to basketball and volleyball courts
